The results are in for New York City’s mayoral election.
Democrat socialist Zohran Mamdani beat out independent candidate Andrew Cuomo and Republican Curtis Sliwa tonight. Mamdani won with 50% of the vote, while Cuomo and Sliwa received 41% and 7%.
